ATechX Demo Day & Pitch Night in Berlin: Bridging the gap between the startup world and traditional real estate

Berlin, 29. October 2025, On November 13, ATechX, the innovation and startup platform by Aroundtown, will bring Europe’s most exciting startups to the stage at KulturBrauerei Berlin. A renowned international jury of successful startup founders will evaluate the registered pitches and provide direct feedback.

At the world’s first Demo Day & Pitch Night hosted by ATechX powered by Aroundtown, founders, investors, and corporates come together. The event is not only about innovations in the real estate industry but also about high-tech relevance – areas that represent Germany’s future economic and innovation strength.

As part of one of Europe’s largest real estate companies, ATechX has brought together 10 renowned industry experts to serve as jury members. On November 13, 2025, particularly innovative founding teams will present their ideas on stage and be evaluated and awarded.

Jury members from across Europe will travel to Berlin, including Jess Clemans from noa, Europe’s largest built world venture capital firm.

Experienced founders like Anja Rath from PT1, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms for PropTech investments, can support applicants in this journey.

On the Demo Day Stage, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, startups from ATechX’s first two cohorts will present their innovations.
Starting at 5:00 PM, the Pitch Night begins: the jury will provide direct feedback to the presenting startups. All participants have the chance to win free office and workspaces as well as access to a network of investors. Successful founders will share their experiences and insights as guest speakers.

Afterwards, ATechX invites everyone to a get-together – with quality networking over snacks and drinks.

What can participating startups win?
The best pitches will be awarded free rental space for their ideas at Red Corners Berlin and an ATworld Premium Membership – enabling a strong start to a successful venture, powered by ATechX and Aroundtown.
