Innovation on Stage: ATechX Demo Day & Pitch Night Berlin – powered by Aroundtown
Berlin, October 14, 2025 –
Tech meets Real Estate!
On November 13, ATechX, the innovation and startup platform by Aroundtown, will bring Europe’s most exciting PropTechs to the stage of the KulturBrauerei Berlin.
At the Demo Day & Pitch Night, founders, investors, and corporates will come together – supported by partners such as Vonovia, Antler, Fifth Wall, PT1, Round Hill Capital, and Realyze Ventures.
During the Demo Stage from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, startups from the first two ATechX cohorts will present their innovations.
Starting at 5:00 PM, the Pitch Night begins:
An evening where startups from the seed and growth phase across all industries present themselves, with the opportunity to gain workspace, network access, and connections to investors. A jury of industry experts provides direct feedback, and to round off the evening, successful founders will share their experiences and insights as speakers. The best pitches will win free rental space for their ideas at Red Corners Berlin and an ATworld Premium Membership – enabling a strong start to a successful venture, powered by ATechX and Aroundtown.
Afterwards, ATechX invites everyone to a get-together – with guaranteed networking and great conversations.

Silk aims to make rent payments more efficient with its fintech platform, offering benefits to both landlords and tenants. UpGreen focuses on AI-powered end-to-end retrofitting. MapMortar delivers digital energy efficiency solutions. Reavant specializes in data analytics for optimized asset management. Garentii simplifies rental processes with digital deposit insurance. CQuel is developing a platform for fast-track decarbonization projects. Xnomad connects brands with temporary spaces for pop-up stores. Temperate has created a novel passive cooling system with high efficiency. Super Polymer is working on innovative materials for improved thermal insulation and building efficiency.
